Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. Preorder items will ship once all products in your order are available.

Order Cancellations: If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be canceled. These items cannot be shipped on the same invoice, and a separate order must be placed.

Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to manufacturers and suppliers, which could impact the timely shipping of your order.

Sealed Products: All sealed products are shipped factory sealed and in their original wrapping (when applicable). We are not responsible for any damage to the wrapping, imperfections, or missing components inside the factory-sealed product.

Opening Sealed Products: Sealed products are intended to be opened by the customer as per the manufacturer’s instructions, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Damage to outer packaging does not affect the contents inside.

International Orders with Mail Forwarding: For international orders using mail forwarding services, we are not liable for any issues with the contents of your package once it leaves our possession. We cannot track or confirm the handling of the package after it has been marked as delivered, nor during transit between the mail forwarding company and the final destination.

Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
